What happens to what you send us

Last updated October 2026.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form. There are five: the inquiry form on a listing, the land value form, the form for builders and developers, the form for buying or selling a home, and the contact form. Between them they ask for your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message. The land value form also asks where the land is and roughly how big it is. The builders’ form asks which counties, how many acres, what you’d build and when. The home form asks whether you’re buying or selling and, if you’re selling, the home’s address.

Visitors don’t have accounts, and nothing on the site asks you to make one.

Where it goes

Each message is emailed to us and saved in the site’s database, so a lost email never means a lost message. Both are stored on Cloudflare. We read them, and nobody else does.

We don’t sell your information. We only share it with someone who’s helping us answer you, like a builder or a surveyor connected to the property you asked about.

Spam protection

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person is sending them, not a bot. Turnstile doesn’t use tracking cookies or follow you across other websites.

Cookies and analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It doesn’t use cookies, fingerprint you or follow you to other sites. We see totals, not individual visitors.

No advertising cookies either. The only cookie the site sets is for signing in to the private admin area, which visitors don’t use.

How long we keep it

We keep messages while they’re useful for following up, and delete them when you ask.

Your choices

Email us at admin@landtolistings.com to see what we have about you, correct it or have it deleted. Just ask.
